Bug: AppTiles display incorrectly

📄 Description

AppTiles/App icons display badly on later versions of FluentHub in the taskbar, I've especially noticed this past our new logo change.

Self explanatory

🤔 Expected behavior

AppTiles should appear with correct background.

⚒️ Did you find any workaround?

This is probably an appxmanifest/AppTiles generation error.
