Don't add a label to issues or delete the label afterwards #5
Description
Make the labels an optional flag.
If the user gives a label, create the label if it doesn't already exist and add the label to the issues.
If the label flag is not given, create an autogenerated label name, but delete the label after you create the issue on GitHub.
