Creating a template to compile plugin with idax

Right now, the project lack document or template code in order to getting start or integrate idax with a plugin project.
Maybe we can use: cmkr in order to build a template project for example the plugin folder of ida-sdk: https://github.com/HexRaysSA/ida-sdk/tree/main/src/plugins
