Add ability or wiki info how to use/modify advanced yiinitializr templates on shared hostings with one www root. It can be like this:

/frontend/...
/backend/...
/www/
    index.php
    backend/
        index.php

I've made a small template for a similar case. You can check it here https://github.com/Borales/yiinitializr-simple
But it creates only one "entry point" (just front-end). Other entry points you can make through sub-modules (in /www/app/modules)
