Add verified option to `Manifold.symmetry_group`

One can already compute this using the verified versions of [isometry_signature](https://snappy.computop.org/manifold.html#snappy.Manifold.isometry_signature) and [length_spectrum_alt](https://snappy.computop.org/manifold.html#snappy.Manifold.length_spectrum_alt) I believe.
