explain re-arc submissions can be submitted at a later session

got these questions:

when i dl a dataset to solve does it need to be submited back to the same window re-arc instance?

I've generated "my" dataset... Can I run it through my py code and go back to the main page to submit at a later date, or do I have to submit while the page is still open?

the answer: you can exit the page and return and submit at any time

I'm pretty busy rn but if someone else fixes this I'd like to review first
