Linux Release Status Update
The Linux binary release for md2pdf is currently under build and testing.
During the packaging process, I encountered a dependency compatibility issue related to the runtime environment and bundled libraries (specifically around Playwright/Chromium and standalone executable packaging).
Current Status
• Windows release is completed and available
• Linux standalone build is in progress
• Dependency and portability fixes are being applied
• Testing is ongoing to ensure a clean, fully offline experience
What to expect
The Linux release will provide:
• Standalone executable
• No Python installation required
• Fully offline operation
• Same feature set as Windows version
