With the UKMO migration to GitHub and the changes to the UM spack package for AM3, we will need to revisit the build for rAM3. Essential elements:
- sourcing code from GitHub instead of MOSRS where it is possible
- include the changes for JULES and CABLE necessary to include CABLE in rAM3, following what is done for AM3.
There might be other changes that will be identified when looking at the build.
