• Edit/ Create Organization trùng name , slug => hiển thị thông báo lỗi sau popup , mất list Organization đã tạo trc đó , khi close popup phải reload lại page mới hiển thị list

• hiển thị sai thông báo trường name khi tạo trùng name đã có

Mong muốn:

• hiển thị thông báo trùng slug khi edit , name khi Create ngay dưới popup , ko mất list Organization đã tạo trc đó khi close popup
• hiển thị thông báo lỗi đúng trường.
