but seems this S-S bond got twiested too much. Is S-S bond a common issue for generative model?

I am going to use protein sequences in my first testing. Do you think that is safe to start with that now?

We observed a proportion of structural conflicts at the ligand-protein binding interface; if you only use sequence information, that's safe.
