In the paper you mention that you used HiQBind-WF and PDBFixer to do some structure fixing/refinement. Where can I find the code to replicate that workflow?

We are currently cleaning the data-processing scripts and will release them together with the new dataset. Both HiQBind and PDBFixer have publicly available GitHub repositories, which you may refer to for additional details.
