Problems in Windows environment usage

The installation was successful under Windows, but the "irrep_bases.pyx" file was transformed into an "irrep_bases.c" file, resulting in an error when importing the module.

I don't have a windows machine to test on, but the conversion to .c is expected behaviour. The pyx file is Cython code, which is transformed into c and then compiled. I suppose that something went wrong during installation. Did you get any warnings or errors during installation?
