feat: user-chat with the generated article

@sagarkawad @ManavSarkar i can work on this issue since i have already made one RAG based youtube chatbot chrome extension incorporating this feature along with this it was also context aware since i added a cache memory to it . you can check my github repository for the same.

I'm a new contributor to Perspective AOSSIE, working on GenAI + LLM features.

I'm very interested in this "user-chat with generated article" feature. I noticed @sagarkawad asked to be assigned earlier.

Quick questions:

1. Is this issue still available, or are you currently working on it?
2. If available, can I start implementing it?
3. Any specific requirements or architecture decisions I should follow?

My Plan (if I proceed):

• Extend app/modules/chat/ to handle article context as conversation memory
• Create LangGraph node: chat_with_article_node
• Implement message storage in DB (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
• Add FastAPI endpoint: POST /api/chat/article
• Write unit tests using pytest
• Integrate with frontend chat UI

My Skills: Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, LLM prompt engineering, Pinecone, vector databases
