In many sections, the exercises conclude with a small set of review exercises, which typically cover content from the previous section.
But the presence of these review sections is not consistent, and the review sections become less common later in the book.
I am wondering whether it is best if either all sections have review, or none do.
(We could comment out the review sections that exist while working on creating those that don't.)
