Reference Pannel Meeting (Restart) #103

Hi @APSIMInitiative/reference-panel.
The AI agreement is now signed by all our organizations there is lots we need to catch up on. A joint reference panel / Steering committee meeting is planned for the week of September 11 and it would be good if we check in on some things. I will be getting a doodle poll out to find a time and will be working on an agenda. If anyone has anything they want on the agenda please email me (Hamish)
