Feature: Network Hub – Professional Communication Center

Introduce Network Hub, a centralized communication space where users can interact with their followers, connections, mentors, recruiters, and collaborators.

Unlike traditional messaging systems, Network Hub is designed specifically for professional networking and relationship building.

Currently, users can follow and connect with other users, but there is no dedicated space for meaningful professional conversations.

Users need a seamless way to:

Start conversations with followers
Reach out to connections
Communicate with recruiters
Collaborate with peers
Manage all networking interactions in one place

I reviewed this feature and I think a Network Hub can significantly improve professional interactions on the platform.

My proposed approach would be:

• Dedicated Network Hub page for all conversations
• Separate tabs for Connections, Followers, Recruiters, and Mentors
• Real-time messaging using Socket.IO
• Conversation list with unread message indicators
• Professional profile preview inside chats
• Search and filter functionality for contacts
• Responsive design for mobile and desktop
• Secure backend APIs for message storage and retrieval

I would be happy to prepare a more detailed implementation plan or wireframe if required.
