I don't have a Trademark so I have to publish my trademarks with ™ all the time to preserve my trademark. You don't have to say all rights reserved, your rights are automatically reserved. You need to be very clear which type of license you're using when you are using it. Don't speak in lawyer speak, you don't know what the secret code is, there is no secret code to some sort of superior, just say what is required.
