restricted weapons can be spawned via the creator tool

Also pressing the middle click (mouse3) will bypass URS' restriction.

steps to reproduce Restrict a weapon>go to location of weapon>middle click with scroll wheel>weapon spawns

restrict weapon>right click>select spawn with creator>weapon spawns
