[FEATURE] Group messages in OSTicket

if you have email notifications setup and sent to an email handled with OS Ticket, you will see each message as its own ticket rather then continuing a chain

@piajesse how does OS Ticket group incoming emails? It looks like those 3 emails have the same subject.
