Messages fail to refresh after having the tab suspend and resume

If webtexting is open in Chrome/Firefox on android/iOS and you leave it open for a long time or switch away to leave it in the background you will receive new message alerts, but you won't see the new messages when you return to the tab until you manually refresh the page.

Initial inspections are pointing towards 'I never bothered to handle visibility changes because I didn't think to do that'. I'll have to play around with the issue more. My naïve solution would be to implement an update method for the ThreadPreview component that hooks into the visibilitychange event. This approach assumes that the state variable is being updated from SIP.ts while the tab.

Clearly, I have a lot of documentation to review.
