Initial build of a single plate hotel with 10 slots. There's standoffs at 25mm increments along the post to accommodate well plates (or other labware) of different heights.

the well plate trays were printed with the bambul print profile 0.16mm optimal. Stuart also suggested that these trays be embossed with a deck number from 1-10. I'm not sure how to iteratively generate these labels, so i manually embossed them in bambu studio.

i built a second one yesterday and realized maybe alignment of the trays may need to be cleaned up. maybe tighten the screws almost all the way, lie the plate hotel horizontally, then screw it in?

also check the screws that come with the gussets, i dont think theyre all m6 and useful for this build

for ensuring that the well plate trays are horizontal, i think it would be helpful if the 3d printed tray extend back to touch the DIN rail on both sides. This would complicate the part, but would be better levelled

here's a different iteration of the plate hotel using a similar concept of vertical din rails with standoffs spaced 25mm apart. This is to store other labware like glass vials (on top) and dosing rack.
