Description
To capture this, we can, for each tensor, add transient storage nodes to the per-tensor mapping. These storage nodes should go above all spatial loops for which spatial reuse is allowed, and above all spatial loops for which spatial reuse is not allowed. These storage nodes also cannot capture temporal loops.
