KEGGpathway2Graph does not work as expected

I used KEGGgraph to get the ko00071 route information, but the tool is not returning the full edges to me, for example, the enzyme 1.18.1.3 is not captured by the tool. Could you tell me why the KEGGpathway2Graph function does not take all the edges of the route?
