Single-quote in `firmware.ini` removes the inserted block from remote `config.txt`

Steps to reproduce:

• Edit firmware.ini to include a single-quote in a comment
• Run script
• Connect to remote filesystem
• Observe /boot/firmware/config.txt (or /boot/config.txt)

Expected outcome:

• firmware.ini should be present within config.txt

Actual outcome:

• config.txt does not have the desired content after synchronization
