Add build instructions for the latest Android Studio

The project currently uses Android Gradle Plugin 7.0.0 and compileSdk 30.

Plan:

• Document the recommended Android Studio version
• Document the required NDK and CMake setup
• Add troubleshooting notes for common native build errors
