Language settings might cause conflicts

I think (needs validation) both task controller and VT reads the language from the bus.

When I set VT to be hu-HU then start task controller then it works as expected.
However since the TC language defaults to en-US I think there might be some cases where the VT sees that (especially after restart) and defaults itself to en-US which makes the implement to reload its iop.

And the VT settings also changed to en-US

I think some sort of external config would be great for this. Maybe just an .ini file.
