Consider packaging components as Agent Skills

Agent Skills are a way to plug in capabilities to an agent.

(This was originally called Claude Skills but has become a more open standard that other agents are adopting.)

Can some of ALTK components be packaged as Agent Skills?

For example, JSON processor can be a skill that gets invoked if the tool response is a large json.
