cannot run darkscript3.exe

Even after installing .NET Frameworks, I still can't run darkscript3.exe.

@BlackWhiteBear I was able to get it to run by installing the latest 6.0 version, found here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/6.0
