Data release: 2026-03-24

A new data release version has been created in the release bucket with the id 2026-03-24.

This data release includes all data currently on the ScPCA Portal.

As part of this release, all processed objects now contain:

• Doublet detection results from scDblFinder (also found in filtered objects)
• Cell type annotations assigned using SCimilarity
• Consensus cell type annotations based on agreement between at least two out of the three automated methods (SingleR, CellAssign, and SCimilarity)
• Copy-number variation estimates from InferCNV (present for samples with > 100 non-malignant reference cells)

The download-data.py script will now default to this release version. To see other versions available, use ./download-data.py --list-releases.
