[Hardware Issue] Front panel and SMD PCB designs do not align

Describe the bug
While installing the front panel, I noticed that button 2 and several jacks are touching the edges of the panel and have to be installed at a slight angle to fit properly.

Expected behavior
The components would need to be adjusted on the SMD PCB so that they fit the front panel again.

This is pretty strange, the holes align when I put a panel on top of a PCB and look at the holes/silkscreen they line up. The components on the PCB are perfectly aligned in KiCad so it could be that the older panels have mis-aligned holes. I'll keep investigating but it only affecting one button isn't something I can think of an explanation for when looking at the design files.
