Use Case

a user wants to email us about an idea.

Acceptance Criteria

1. on idea page, there is a "contact us" button
2. clicking that takes you to a contact form (that remembers which idea and author the person clicked from )
3. submitting the form triggers a netlify function:

• 1. sends an email to a "idea-board@alleninstitute.org"
• 2. edits the markdown for that idea to increment a "interest/start" field
