Which hardware do you support?

Could you add a README or other file with some indication of what hardware you support and/or what hardware you plan to support?

Currently, this has only been tested on the STM32F042K6T6 Nucleo-32 Development Board.

This is very much a side project for us, and we will try to update the docs as soon as we have the time to do so.
