Release a Production version of App to Firebase before uploading to App Stores

Based on feedback from @marfavi , we should consider changing the production release pipeline such that a production version of the App is published to Google Firebase before releasing the app to App Stores. This allows testing towards the production database before release.

A few ideas:

• Trigger a production build to Firebase for pull requests raised towards the production branch
• Pushed commits to the production branch to trigger a build to Firebase. The workflow will pause/wait for approval before it uploads the same version to App Stores
• Build the app with production configuration for PRs targeting production branch but don't release the app
