Inquiry about manually update VIBRANT database

Hi, I am a user of VIBRANT.

I noticed that the database version of VIBRANT is almost 5 years ago. I am wonder that could I update these databases on my own under the instruction of VIBRANT_setup.py? If I do this update, can the VIBRANT still run correctly?

Unfortunately Vibrant requires these exact database versions for accession matching. It will not run correctly with updated databases. It's possible the Anantharaman lab will try to update this in the future.
