gff file is blank

Hello,
Im having a strange issue. I have VIBRANT-1.2.0 and VIBRANT-1.2.1, each within its own mamba environment. I have ran my viral contigs through both versions and in each the gff file is blank with only "##gff-version 3'' at the top. I am wanting to call the gff file into R to make a gene map with the gggenes package. VIBRANT finished without any faults and it looks like all the other files are good. Is there any way to fix this issue? Let me know if you need more information.

That is strange and I'm not sure the cause of it. I'd suggest seeing if you get anything different installing via GitHub instead of conda. That has solved other strange issues before.
