no configure script provided

The installation instructions do not match what's currently available in the package and are effectively incomplete or incorrect. They start from running a configure script which is not provided on GitHub. (There aren't any instructions on how to create a working configure script using other tools such as autoconf.) I'm stuck and I've just installed the last version of the package from SourceForge which did provide a configure script,

I think it should be in the documentation for the package if that is the proposed solution. Anyway, it was five years ago since I asked - I can hardly remember what project I was working on that would have used Radar and I don't have access to any of the work computer systems from then any more. It's obvious this is abandonware since nobody has done any work on this project for seven years. It was two years ago when I originally sent my post; so holding out the possibility of some updates was a bit more likely then.
