8.6.3 is really screwy

Preface this by saying I've used many versions of IFME without any single issue before.
On startup, IFME is delayed starting and shows a series of errors:
[ERR ] Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
[ERR ] Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
[ERR ] Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
[ERR ] Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
[ERR ] Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Additionally sometimes I can finish and encode but otherwise the app will crash to desktop.

I will go try to version prior, but is there any logging/troubleshooting I can do?

8.6.2 has the same symptom, however I did install over the top of 8.6.3

Wonder if I should clean install.

try do new instance (new path), because .NET settings file based on install path, so, new path give new default settings
