INX fails to create INX file

I'm using Sketch-up version 2020 and I've been getting the same error when I try to an INX file from my sketchup model: "Please, create both Envimet Location and Grid first", even though both the Envimet Location and Grid are created. What can I do?

Hi @dianavaz,

Screenshots above are about the first time you created the model (just one session of sketchup/inx) or you closed and opened the file (successive sessions of sketchup/inx)?

The screenshots above were taken after I closed and opened the file, but something similar also happens when a model is created in the same session.

I've been making some tests and I realized that:

• in the same session a model is created (without closing and opening it again) the first error message shows when I try to generate an INX file ("Please, create both Envimet Location and Grid first"), however, if I click on "Clear location" in the Geographic Location panel (screenshot below) and set it again manually through the "Create Envimet Location" command of the INX toolbar, I am able to create the INX file without any problems and even to change the model and resave the INX file in the same session.

• if I close and open the model that little trick doesn't work anymore. I am sure that when I first wrote this issue, the model I was working on had a grid (at least I got the box message telling me the model already had a grid and I was able to see its characteristics through the info command of INX toolbar), but since then it has also been happening that the grid kind of disappears: I can see it, so visually it exists, but the information command of INX doesn't recognize it and if I try to create another grid and I don't get the "Envimet grid already exists" message, and it allows me to create another grid. It seems that the grid exists in the SketchUp model but not in the INX plugin model (if this makes sense...).

Don't know if these can be two different issues.

It may be useful for you to know that I built the model following the steps of the Envimet Company tutorial that is on youtube, so I did nothing out of the ordinary. Besides, I tried the plugin with SketchUp 2019 and SketchUp Pro 2020. I get the same behavior in both versions.

Can you solve this problem? I have been getting same problem, too. I try everything, but I can't. I use Sketchup 19 now. But I try this on Sketchup 21. Both of them give me same problem.
