Redesign episode cards

The design of the episode cards in list views could use some improvement. Here is an example of the current design:

First, let's get rid of the check it out section. Instead, the title and the entire box around the title should be clickable, for the sake of consistency. I think that also means the date and tags should be removed from the title box, and maybe moved into the text area.

Also, instead of doing a grid of boxes, maybe we should make each card full width. That way instead of reading like a book, someone can just scroll downwards.
