What Iskander-Code Is
A sovereign fork of claw-code (Rust CLI agent harness) rewritten as a multi-agent cooperative governed by S3. The facilitator is a deterministic algorithm — not an LLM. Zero tokens on governance. The AI lives only in domain agents.
7 Agents = 7 ICA Principles
Each agent IS ets principle. SOUL.md is pure identity (name, role, principle — 15 lines). Tools come from resources/. Model selection from cooperative-identity.toml.
Key Architectural Decisions
Sovereignty Gaps Identified
9 remaining gaps in claw-code infrastructure (4 CRITICAL, 3 HIGH, 2 MEDIUM). Key: DangerFullAccess permission tier, hook permission override, worker trust gate. All bypassed in cooperative mode — only affect legacy path.
Token Economics
New cooperative joining with pre-populated knowledge commons saves 1-3M tokens. 24 skills across all 7 principles. 16 open-source ecosystems mapped for harvesting.
Test Results
97 sovereign tests, zero failures. All 7 agents correctly identify ets principle. Constitutional veto works. 5/5 prompt injection attacks rejected. Session persists across restarts.
