Hey there!
I'm following some of the courses and found that most only support LLMs running in a cloud environment. This is reasonable, considering the integration with Arize. However, I believe support for local models should enable more users to learn from the existing courses.
For this reason I have opened a PR based on the changes I made to run the project with my local model.
