[Feature Request]: Add Short Weather Descriptions

Hi, I'd like to suggest adding a short or compact version of weather descriptions. For instance, we could use {sn} to refer to simplified weather description phrases, changing terms such as "partially cloudy" or "mostly cloudy" to a single word, like "Cloudy." This allows for a more compact presentation of weather information, which is beneficial for devices with limited screen space.
