Material You not Supported in Pixel 4a Android 13

Hi! I was trying just a simple app and wanted to theme it like my phone, that has Android 13 Beta with no custom ROMs nor any addons, and it throws an error saying that Material You is not supported on this device.

I'm trying to install it with expo 5.4.3, SDK 44

Seems to work on my Android 13 emulator as well. Maybe the issue is reproducible only on physical devices. I didn't test the package on Expo, this might be the problem too. I will dive deeper into this issue soon.
