Move Tap to Cancel translation string to RemorseTimer and add qml-asteroid to weblate

Mhh, I suppose that every user of RemorseTimer will use the same string... Maybe it would be good to have that qsTrId be the default "cancelText" of the RemorseTimer in qml-asteroid and add qml-asteroid to weblate so we only need to translate it once instead of in all projects that need to use RemorseTimer.

Let's keep this separate from this PR though
