[hoki & beluga] remove ssh commands from (re-)install instructions

Both watches do not have working SSH, thus the 1c section of the re-install instructions coming from AsteroidOS should be removed.

It would also be useful to provide a link there to the Issue documenting that SSH over USB doesn't work.
