Phase 1 acceptance: live Claude Code demo + v0.1.0-phase1 tag

The phase3plan.md §3 acceptance checklist for Phase 1 has two items left:

• Live Claude Code video — record a screen recording of Claude Code (with Rig installed via `rig install claude`) answering "what touches authStore?" using `rig_pull` + `rig_neighbors` with zero file reads, verified by the tool-call log. ~60 seconds. This is the before/after for the Phase 2 demo.
• Tag `v0.1.0-phase1` once the recording is in hand.

Current state (everything else done):

• 11 MCP tools wired (9 light + 2 heavy), tier-guard enforced
• 5 install targets working (Claude / Cursor / Codex / opencode / OpenRouter)
• FTS5 search + sync-purge regressions covered
• End-to-end demo: `bun scripts/demo-phase1.ts` (17/17)
• Test suite: `bun test` (28/28)

The demo script is automated; the live video is manual — requires actually running Claude Code in a workspace, asking the question, and capturing the session.
