issues on sign of scores on unbuntu latest

@aalfons and @klauschN there is an issue on github action regarding the fact that the last score is not the same with ics2 and ICS but I cannot figure it out because we center the same way.

In recent versions testthat no longer uses the base R function all.equal() for checking equality, but their own thing for comparing: waldo::compare(). It seems that something goes wrong there. I replaced the failing check with expect_true(all.equal(...)) and now the unit tests go through. So this seems to be a case of Posit fixing something that was not broken, and breaking it in the process.
