Announce fixed/new bugs for Bugzilla>MozillaQA>Mozmill Tests

It would be great if AutomationBot could announce on the channel when a bug has been fixed or a new one has been filed, as I've seen on other channels.
I have an issue with my email while I'm on VPN and I don't receive updates. This feature would help a bit.
