Consider merging dashboard widgets into a single widget with toggleable sections

Context

Feedback from @jeherve on #2633: with the new Fediverse statistics dashboard widget, there are now multiple ActivityPub-related dashboard widgets. It might be worth consolidating them into a single widget with toggleable areas.

Suggestion

Merge existing ActivityPub dashboard widgets into the new statistics widget, using collapsible/toggleable sections to keep the UI clean while reducing widget clutter on the dashboard.
