ACKs for DMs do not work stable

Describe the bug
If I send a direct message to someone I almost never get an ACK so that I can see if the message has been successfully delivered. Although it can happen from time to time, I am wondering why I only seldom get ACKs in MeshCore One. In the original app most of my messages get a "Delivered" so I guess it depends on the app?

I see the same problem that message are delivered but seldom receive the ack.

Please try TF build 119 and let me know if the ACK receives are better or not.

Unfortunately, not really an improvement :-( Most of my DMs are received correctly, but most of them are still getting "failed"

I noticed that the event log is skipping the first repeater. Could the root cause be a missing repeater in the first one ?
